Lawsuit Against Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian is making celebrity gossip headlines again. After the whole wide world has found out that Kim screwed Brandy's brother, Ray J, now the tabloids announce that she actually screwed over Brandy's entire family.

Sonja Norwood, mother of Ray J (Kim's ex-boyfriend) decided to file a lawsuit against Kardashian in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming when Kim was working as her daughter's stylist back in 2004, she was given an American Express to use on behalf of the singer/actress.

In the lawsuit, which names Kim Kardashian as well as siblings Robert Jr., Kourtney and Khloe, the singer's mother claims she had given authorization for one purchase only. Sonja says Kardashian gave the card to her brother and sisters who spent close to $62,790.00 in unauthorized charges during the year 2006 and $57,840.82 the follow-up year. The Kardashians seem to have racked up without permission a total amount of $120,635.65.

Kardashian's rep released a statement where he asserts that the charges are meritless because the Kardashians have never used the AmEx credit card without express authorization from the Norwoods.

It's very questionable why Mrs. Norwood didn't call American Express to freeze the card. More publicity for her children?

The lawsuit alleges bills exceeding $120,000 were run up on stolen credit card and The Norwoods are seeking a return of the money plus 10 percent interest.
